14 Paris 2024 spots up for grabs in Olympic Qualifier Series
Three competitions offer pathway to breaking's Olympic debut
WEB 80 breakers will battle it out for 14 Paris 2024 quotas at the Olympic Qualifier Series in Shanghai and Budapest.
There will be three competitions in which the athletes can secure a slot for the debut of breaking at Paris 2024: The 2023 World Championship, the Continental Qualifier Tournaments, and the Olympic Qualifier Series.
The Olympic Qualifier Series in Shanghai, set for June 23-25, and Budapest, scheduled for September 22-24, will see a total of 14 quota places awarded.
The top six finishers in both the men's and women's events will qualify for the Paris 2024 Breaking tournament. An additional two quota places will be allocated based on continental representation.
A panel of nine judges will apply Olympic rules to the dance form that originated as a free-flowing expression on the streets.
